Leche Asada Peruvian Flan

Leche Asada (Preparation time 1 hour )

You need:

6 Cups of Milk (extra 1/2 cup separated)

2 Cans of evaporated Milk 

1 can of condensed milk

6 eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 tablespoon of corn starch 

 Mix milk, evaporated milk and condensed milk.

In a small cup mix 1/2cup of milk with cornstarch.  Add eggs, Vanilla and mix all the ingredients.

Put the mixture in a baking pan  Oven 375 degrees for 1 hour.
